Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and billing address. Financial Data: Payment details and transaction history. Health and Coaching Data: ADHD diagnosis details, symptoms, goals, session notes, and any health information you share to aid your coaching. 3. How I Get the Personal Information and Why I Have It Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons: To book an initial consultation or coaching sessions. To deliver personalized coaching services. To process payments for services rendered. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are: Contractual Obligation: We need this data to fulfill our coaching agreement. Legitimate Interests: To manage my business efficiently and keep accurate session records. Explicit Consent: For processing health-related data (Special Category Data), which you provide voluntarily for your coaching 4. How I Store Your Personal Information Your information is securely stored on a password-protected computer, and or locked filing cabinet. I keep your personal data and coaching notes for 7 years following the end of our coaching relationship, in line with insurance and tax requirements. Once this period expires, I will permanently delete your digital files and securely shred any paper documents. 5. Sharing Your Data I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. I will only share your information if: You give explicit consent to share it (e.g., with a doctor or employer). I am legally required to do so. There is a safeguarding emergency where I believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm. 6.
