What is ADHD coaching

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. It provides a safe, non-judgemental space for the client to pause and engage in self exploration and growth. In our sessions we will partner together and, by using your creativity and resourcefulness, we will identify and create systems and strategies tailored to your needs to support you managing the daily challenges of life with ADHD. We will explore and harness the strengths of your unique brain wiring so that you can move forward with increased self-awareness and confidence.
