30-minute info session: at no cost to explore and discuss how ADHD coaching can help you. In this session we can get to know each other and you can ask any questions you might have. Basic package: 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions a month plus resources and exercises tailor made for your needs. A one month commitment plan is the minimum time required to start to see a change and begin to establish new and helpful habits. At the end of the month we will assess where there’s been progress, where there still needs effort, and how best to move forward. Single Sessions: Understanding that ADHD coaching is not a “quick fix”, I rarely recommend a single session. However, I am happy to discuss and accommodate individual needs. Customised packages: As every individual is different we can discuss and design a personalised package that suits your specific needs.
